Precise Wash leverages real-time soil load data from 3D TRASAR™ for Precise Wash sensors to dynamically optimize the duration of every CIP wash. This means you can maximize both cleaning efficacy and operational efficiency-reducing alkaline wash times by 10-20% while maintaining complete soil removal and unlocking up to $92K in additional annual production output per line.*

*Based on average results from dairy sites, which are specific to those individual sites when full Ecolab recommendations for optimizing CIP alkaline washes were implemented. Results will vary for other sites based on factors and circumstances in their operations.
